press home button for 10 sec;
press the blank tab;
press *2864 to maintenance mode;
press 764 then color start (wait 5-8 mins);
press 09 for test print page happily;
press 99 to restart;
It works for me with my 4 yr old MFC-J3930dw and refill ink tank, clean the clogs in red color successfully!
You can't clean in maintenance page as the machine will bump you out with "not enough ink" for cleaning!
Ryan Geer : Thanks for posting... Is there any way to reset the ink cartridges through this? Or any way to force the printer to print even with low ink?
